Upbringing matters the most

There are 2 things at the core

1) Samajh : so that having good samajh means her choices , values , mindset, thinking would be good. Would not tend towards degeneracy.

2) Upbringing : this matters because this will help making good samajh & empower in certain areas, prevent weakness, mediocrity in mindset , destructive comfort love & settling for less mindset.

If upbringing is good , there's high chance of samajh. If it was not good, still some people make it. But samajh hi naa ho , to upbringing would atleast keep them in boundaries (max cases) & dono naa ho to problems (that too for others).
