She must be Debatable
If there's something that needs to be fixed in her.... It needs to be told to her. (There's a way of that 1) but she also needs to be having that attitude that knows to listen to the point without taking a side.
That way in 2 side constructive debate, and without involving in it, without really taking it personally, kindly & yet attempting to know truth consciously. . . That makes her to be a better person gradually. And it makes her a great wife.
While it is also a worthy topic to think of how from a advisor's point of view, can it be told politely & kindly without gaslighting or making them feel inferior. In a teaching scenario or advisory scenario, one would only take advices is he/she believes you to be equal and a friend, that too on our side.
